Managing Serious Homoeopathic Cases in the
South African Setting -- Dr Jeggels

The LMHI 2018 Congress has come and gone. It’s been a very successful event – credit to
everyone involved.
Many colleagues were in awe of the results of our international colleagues, and rightly so.

I therefore took up an earlier invitation by Dr Robert Durrheim for me to present at an HSA
meeting by proposing to present some “local is lekker” examples from Cape Town, to
present the diagnosing, and managing of a number of similar serious cases, compared to
those seen at the LMHI 2018.
During the presentation, I wish to touch on some cases drawn from the last two CPD cycles
during which I conducted twelve four hour sessions with a number of colleagues. I may
however expand more on some of the topics.
The topics which will follow a brief introduction will be:
1. Posology
2. Few cancer cases
3. Chronic Arterial Disease – adults and children – quite a few cases
4. Atopic, and associated conditions, e.g., autoimmune diseases, and the complications
associated with atopic problems.

I hope that the presentation would interest some to dare to do the same, and equal our
international colleagues.

Dr Jeggels
